29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following: Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 3-50 St. Nicholas Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385. a) Front street: While unloading scaffolding materials, an employee stood on top of stack of materials loaded on a flatbed trailer thus exposing him to a fall of approximately eight (8) feet to the ground below; on or about 05/19/2022. Abatement Certification is Required Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
