29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) A&A Gutters, LLC, 552 S 22nd Cir., Brighton, CO 80601: On or about May 19, 2022, an employee installing gutters on a two story residential house was not using fall protection. The employee was installing gutters while in a roof that was a 6-in-12 pitch roof. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
