29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Drying Rooms B: On or about May 20, 2022, the emergency exit route was obstructed by drying racks preventing prompt access to an emergency exit door. The Curaleaf Florida, LLC dba Curaleaf, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560776, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4149 Britt Road, Mount Dora, FL 32756.
