Two employees performing framing work stood on a single wood platform without guardrails installed. This hazard exposed two employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level: (a) On or before May 17, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees and subcontractors were protected from injury while working on a scaffold while framing a multi-story residential home. Two employees performing framing work stood on a single wood platform without a top rail, mid-rail, and end-rails installed. This hazard exposed two employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
