29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested:    Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital,  600 Centre Street, Brockton, MA.    On or about May 1,  2022 and ongoing,  the employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive. There were employees caring for COVID-19 patients on patient floors A-5, Cardiology,  and Labor /delivery  that had  last been fit tested in the years 2020 and 2021.
