Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. 1.) On the roof at a residence, located at 8567 Via Lungomare Circle Estero, FL 33928: On or about 5/17/2022 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
