The employer failed to protect employees from eye and face hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about May 23rd, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028.  An employee was engaged in residential roofing activities using a pneumatic nail gun without using eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about May 23rd, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028.  Two employees were observed working on a residential structure conducting roofing operations. The exposed employees were working at heights greater than 6ft - No fall protection was being utilized.

This was most recently documented on or about May 23rd, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028.  An extension ladder was used for access and egress to the upper level of the residential structure and the ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the surface being accessed.
