OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards associated with the operation of heavy equipment: A.) 1146 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA - Lancaster Country Club - on or about May 23, 2022, an employee was utilizing a Wacker Neuson dumper to haul and deposit permeable capillary cement into a bunker. The employee was exposed to a crush hazard during a roll-over as the dumper's Rollover Protection Structure (ROPS) was not in the raised position.
