Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Jobsite: On or about 5/24/2022, 5 employees performing roofing work, were not protected from falling while working on a 4 pitch roof, approximately 30 feet above the ground. (b) Jobsite: On or about 5/24/2022, 5 employees performing roofing work, were not protected from falling while working on a 2 pitch roof, approximately 20 feet above the ground. (c) Jobsite: On or about 5/24/2022, 5 employees performing roofing work, were not protected from falling while working on a 1 pitch roof, approximately 30 feet above the ground.
