Opening between the platens was approximately 3 -5 inches; on or about 5/19/2022. b) Workshop: Employees operating Erie Mill & Press /Serial No. 10559 (Machine #11) were exposed to hot zone area while the machine was in operation. Opening between the platens was approximately 3 -5 inches; on or about 5/19/2022. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
