No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  Location: Warehouse  Employees were exposed to blocked exit routes preventing quick access to the emergency exit in the event of a fire or emergency.   Instance A: By exit door EDF 15, a pallet jack was placed along the exit route preventing quick access to the emergency exit during an event of a fire or emergency.    Instance B At the compacting room exit door EDF-21, a mail cart is placed along the exit route preventing quick access to the emergency exit during an event of a fire or emergency.   Violation observed 05/24/2022

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Location: Cafeteria, Battery room, Column 24E,  and Column 24G  Instance A : At the cafeteria, a soda vending machine was placed at the front of an electrical Panel (480 Volts)  Instance B: At the Battery charging room,  items such as but not limited to forklift parts were stored at the front of an electrical panel.  Instance C: By Column 24E, mail carts were stored at the front of an electrical panel (480 Volt)  Instance D: By Column 24G, items such as but not limited to cardboard and mail carts were stored at the front of an electrical panel.   Violation observed 05/24/2022
