29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.   ESTABLISHMENT:  The employer had not reported to OSHA within 24 hours o the incident that happened on or about May 11, 2022, whereby a finger and knuckle of the  operator of the Coater #1, was hit by the rotating gears, sustained an amputation and resulted in-patient  hospitalization.  ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
