To include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics including workplace related topics; -Surface conditions where the vehicle is to be operated. -certification to include the name of operator, date of training, date of evaluation, and identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation. Condition noted on or about 12/22/2021.
