29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting framing operations on a residential structure. This was most May 24, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 3329 S 212th Ave., Elkhorn Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the top plates/trusses and the unfinished roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
