29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented. Employees engaged in framing activities at the residential construction site located at 1617 S 218th St., Elkhorn, Nebraska, were exposed to a fall hazard in that an employee was working on a wood frame that was approximately 10 feet from the ground without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Employees engaged in framing activities at the residential construction site located at 1617 S 218th St., Elkhorn, Nebraska, were exposed to a fall hazard in that an employee was working on a wood frame that was approximately 10 feet from the ground without fall protection and without a training program provided to each employee to recognize and minimize hazards when exposed to fall hazards.
