29 CFR  1910.95(i)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by an employee who is required by 29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1) to wear personal protective equipment:  (a) American Airlines, 8500 Pena Blvd, Denver, CO 80248, American Airlines, Inc. ramp; On May 24, 2022 an employee was seen on the ramp, removing baggage from an aircraft, without hearing protection. The employer requires hearing protection on the ramp at all times based on annual noise level sampling which show employees are subject to sound levels exceeding those listed in table G-16.
