29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, the exit door leading to the outside dust collector was equipped with a barrel bolt lock. The employer uses this lock to lock the exit door from the inside at night potentially exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the Delta X5 Unisaw MS1-090D-R was equipped with  an automatically adjusting hood.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.  b) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the three Sawstop Professional Table saws were equipped with  an automatically adjusting hoods.   This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR  1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed circular ripsaw were not provided with non-kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator:   a) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the Delta X5 Unisaw MS1-090D-R was equipped with anti-kickback fingers.   This condition exposed employees to amputation and struck-by hazards.  b) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the three Sawstop Professional Table saws were equipped with anti-kickback fingers.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:   a) On or about May 25, 2022 and at times prior, employees were working with hazardous chemical such as, but not limited to, acetone and wood glue but there was no written hazard communication program that pertained to the use of these chemicals which exposed employees to chemical irritation, chemical exposure, and fire/explosion hazards.

Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  a) On or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior, employees were using acetone in clear containers without any information or label on the container indicating the contents or the hazards.  b) On or about June 10, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was using a bottle of what was stated to be wood glue with only the words "wood glue", no product identifier or information indicating the chemical hazards.
