29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights. On or about May 25, 2022, at job site 368 S. Cottage Hill Ave., Elmhurst, IL 60126, the employer failed to ensure that scaffolds were fully planked, employees to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet while standing on a metal scaffold engaged in construction activities. No abatement is needed for this citation item.
