Location - 152 Eliot Street, Ashland, MA.  On or about May 25, 2022, two employees performing tree removal from a residential property and laying the tree sections onto a road. The employees working/walking in the temporary traffic control zone on an active road were not wearing high visibility class 2 minimum or class 3 apparel for equipment (skid steer) and or vehicles/traffic.

On or about May 25, 2022, an employee was using  a crane at a residential work site to hoist large sections of cut trees from the rear of the residents property over the house and then lowering them onto a public road. The cranes annual inspection was expired.
