29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or about May 25th, 2022, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from injury in that subcontractor employees were framing the roof of a three-story apartment building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
