29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment: a) Jobsite, 331 Airbrake Avenue, Wilmerding, PA: On or about May 25, 2022, the employer did not complete a written hazard assessment of the workplace where four employees were cleaning up various debris in a warehouse where eye and hand hazards were present while cleaning and sorting large piles of miscellaneous items left in an abandoned, condemned auto parts store. Hazards such as, but not limited to; glass, paint cans and paint supplies, old pieces of wood, insulation and scrap metal were present.
