29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) Warehouse - On or about May 26, 2022, sufficient space was not provided in the aisles for forklift travel. Boxes of product were placed in aisles causing the operator to have to keep backing up and pulling forward in order to turn.
