29 CFR  1910.95(g)(1):The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.  a) Facility - On or about May 25, 2022, an employee (grinder) was exposed to noise at 119% of the permissible daily noise exposure limit during measurements performed on June 21, 2022. The actual eight (8) hour exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 91.3 dBA and the employer did not establish an audiometric testing program.
