29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: (a) Shrink Wrap Area: On or about 5/13/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught between hazard, in that the work area was not kept clear from obstruction for shrink wrappers wrapping product while forklift operators retrieved the wrapped product.
