29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where rodents, insects, or other vermin were detected: a) La Vergne Post Office, Back Loading Docks: On or about 05/31/22, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a safety and health hazard of wasp/bee stings, in that there were several wasp nests above loading dock doors where workers load and unload mail and adequate proper pest control was not provided.
