29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  Location:  On or about May 31, 2022, employees were exposed to asbestos hazards, where respirators were utilized while employees' facial hair broke respirator seal and interfered with respirator valve function.

29 CFR  1926.1101(k)(7)(i):Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at each location where a regulated area was required to be established:  Location: Job site perimeter at 303 Adams Street, Milton, MA 02186  On or about May 31, 2022, building employees were not properly notified where regulated asbestos work was being performed as area was not properly demarcated with asbestos warning signs.
