29 CFR 1904.8(a): For work-related needlestick injuries and cuts from sharp objects that are contaminated with another person's blood or other potentially infectious material, the employer entered the employee's name on the OSHA 300 Log: Southern Illinois Living Centers dba Clinton Manor Living Center at 111 E. Illinois St. New Baden, Illinois: On or about 16 May 2022, the employer entered identifying information on the OSHA 300 Log for the calendar year 2022 concerning a needlestick injury. On or about 17 February 2022, an employee's first and last name were entered on the OSHA 300 Log for a work-related needlestick injury.
