29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Administrative: On or before June 1, 2022, in the follow locations, appliances were plugged into power taps and were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. a) Third Floor Break Room: The Black and Decker microwave 120 Volt was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. b) Room 1153: The Daewoo 120V refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker were plugged directly into two different relocatable power taps. c) Mail Room employee spaces: Keurig coffeemakers, Sunbeam 120 Volt microwave, and Whirlpool 120 Volt refrigerator were plugged directly into different relocatable power taps. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
