29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Battery refill area: On May 26, 2022, employee refilling the electric Raymond forklift (S107716002) battery only had an eyewash with expired Sperian saline cartridges. Per the manufacturers warnings "use of an expired cartridge may result in personal injury or serious illness, including blindness".   Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
