Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) Jobsite: 8578 Old Line Road Philadelphia, PA 19128 - On or about 5/31/2022, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing operations on the roof of a residential property, approximately 10 feet above the ground, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
