29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about May 25, 2022, in the Knot saw area, employees operated twelve saws such as but not limited to Conception R.P 116 Ebouteuse/ Chop Saw (Model: CRP116 Left, Serial #P1535) that were not adequately guarded beneath the saw blade.

29 CFR 1910.213(s)(9): Suitable sizes and types of push sticks or push blocks were not provided at the workplace: On or about June 1, 2022, at the Knot Saw area, employees operated saws such as but not limited to the Conception R.P 116 Ebouteuse/ Chop Saw (Model: CRP116 Left, Serial #P1535) to cut knots from within the lumber. A push stick or block was not provided when cutting short pieces of lumber.
