29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, and whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used, and at least annually thereafter: (a) Main Line Health Paoli Hospital, located at 255 West Lancaster Avenue, Paoli, PA: On or about May 31, 2022 and thereafter, employees required to wear filtering facepiece respirators were not annually fit tested. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as but not limited to 3M 1860 respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to patients.
