29 CFR  1910.272(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8th inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators:  (a) On or before June 2nd, 2022, in the grain elevator, Class II combustible dust accumulated in depths in excess of 1/8 inch on surface areas such as the distributor control panels, lighting fixtures, and cardboard storage boxes. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of fire and/or explosion involving combustible dust.
