(a) On or about 6/2/2022 at the blending room at 160 Commerce Drive, Hauppauge, NY, employees wearing N-95 respirators were not fit tested.   Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
