29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): When portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the Loganberry Village Felton, DE 19943 - On or about June 2, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees used ladders that extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing to access the upper landings of the home, exposing employees to fall hazards approximately 21 feet above grade.
