29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of 19 milligrams per cubic meter of Particulates not otherwise regulated listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 milligrams per cubic meter:  4728 Goldfield Dr., San Antonio, TX: On or about June 02, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to airborne concentrations of particulates not otherwise regulated exceeding the Time Weighted Average of 15 mg/m3 while performing powder coat spray paint operations.  Workers were exposed to  a concentration of 19 mg/m3.  The exposure is derived from one sample collected over 417 minute period.  Zero exposure is assumed for the remaining 63 minutes.
