29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about June 2, 2022, and at times prior thereto, periodic inspections of appropriate frequency were not conducted where roofing activities were being performed, exposing workers to various hazards, such as but not limited to, a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
