29 CFR 1910.140(c)(22): The employer did not ensure that personal fall protection systems are worn with the attachment point of the body harness located in the center of the employee's back near shoulder level. The attachment point may be located in the pre-sternal position if the free fall distance is limited to 2 feet (0.6 m) or less: (a) Highland Cabinetry 08 Inc at 14501 East Moncrieff Place in Aurora, CO 80011: On or about June 3, 2022, an employee was observed using their personal fall arrest system with the lanyard attached to the incorrect point on the harness. Employees used personal fall arrest systems when operating order pickers to retrieve product on storage racks in the warehouse. This exposed employees to fall hazards.
