29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a.) Adler Tooling Solutions, Inc. dba Pinnacle Molds - On or about 6/2/22, and at times prior thereto, a Relocatable Power Tab (aka Multioutlet Surge Protector) was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a vertical band saw. The Relocatable Power Tab was not listed and labeled for industrial environments. The Relocatable Power Tap was listed/designed for household use. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
