1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. A.) On March 22, 2022, employees were not adequately trained in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with concrete wall removal in that a section of concrete that was being removed fell and struck an employee.
