29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Retreat at 42nd, 3491 SW 42nd St., Ocala, Fl - observed on or about 06/03/2022, an employee in the process of installing siding working from a Genie aerial lift, Model S-65, Serial number S6016H-35953, was exposed to an approximate 14-foot fall hazard, in that a restraint device was not provided.
