Employee working at the jobsite located at 25080 w 105th Ter. Olathe Kansas performing framing activities, using a Werner A-frame ladder, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet in that the ladder was not opened but leaned against the structure.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities at 25080 W 105th Ter. Olathe, Kansas, using Circular saw, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.
