29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights were no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, except where the employer can demonstrate that a wider space is necessary: (a) Location: 10955 CR 128, Poncha Springs, CO 81201: On or about May 26, 2022, and at times prior, GEO Stucco, LLC, did not ensure its employees preforming stucco work on the scaffold were protected from fall hazards in that scaffold platforms were not fully planked between the metal uprights and the planks. Gaps exceeding more than 1 inch wide existed on the platforms.
