Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a) a) On or about June 7, 2022 near the office side of the warehouse, several pallets were stacked within three feet of the emergency shutoff panel for the mail sorting conveyor system, blocking its access.
