29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a.)	On or about June 3, 2022, at the address of 12500 Meranda Road, Anna, OH 45302,  employees were exposed to crushing and puncture injuries when performing set-up activities on the Milwaukee Electro-Magnetic drill (Model 4262-1, S/N 502-31101; coupled with Bux Model #DAH23RP S/n BS55697 magnet). The employer did not ensure energy control procedures were documented and utilized to properly control the electrical energy before servicing the equipment. As a result, an employee suffered a puncture wound to the hand.
