OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. (a) Lauderdale Hamilton Gang Rip Saw - On or about June 8, 2022 the employer allowed operators to feed OSB sheets when standing to the front of the infeed exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Handfed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator. (a) Lauderdale Hamilton Gang Rip Saw - On or about June 8, 2022 the employer did install spreaders between each circular blade to prevent kickback exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
