29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Manna Colorado, LLC DBA Panera Bread, 425 Ken Pratt Blvd., Longmont, CO 80501: On and before June 9, 2022, the employer did not effectively train employees on their hazards communication program. Employees were not knowledgeable on what a safety data sheet was, and did not know where to locate them in the facility. This condition exposed employees top hazards associated with chemicals in the work place. Chemicals employees are exposed to, include but are not limited to:  1) Oasis 137 Orange Force (eye irritant) 2) Oasis 258G Glass Cleaner (eye irritant); and 3) Oasis 115 XP (eye irritant)
