29 CFR 1910.178(f)(1): The storage and handling of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. (a) At 3465 Hwy 198 Carnesville, Georgia; On or about June 8, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure a 1,000-gallon fuel tank was protected against contact from traffic including but not limited to the JCB forklift, bulldozers, personal vehicles, and other miscellaneous exposing employees to thermal and chemical hazards.
