Employees were exposed to point of operation and flying debris hazards. The U.S. AIR FORCE - BEALE AFB, Civil Engineering Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232826, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 17851 16th Street, Beale AFB, CA 95903

The distance from the abrasive wheel to the work rest measured about quarter of an inch.
