29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: LRS, Bldg. 1023, Outbound Cargo Area: Six Electrical Panels were blocked by a long table secured to the floor and to the wall were the panels located. Employees were unable to access the electrical equipment immediately in case of an emergency.
